Engineered for Seismic Zone 4.5 and executed by Ahluwalia Construction Group, the tower sets a new benchmark in structural resilience. Its advanced Seismic Friction Brakes and Yielding Restrained Braces (YRB) absorb over 30% of kinetic energy during earthquakes, ensuring minimal drift and uninterrupted functionality.
Designed well within FEMA 356 limits, the structure maintains immediate occupancy after seismic events, with no major structural or non-structural impact. The optimized frame eliminates heavy shear walls, maximizes natural light, enhances occupant well-being, and reduces embodied carbon Achieving strength, safety, and sustainability in perfect balance.
Designed for ease and efficiency, the tower features five levels of parking. Two basements and Three car-lift floors, ensuring ample capacity and smooth circulation. Planned by TTEC (led by IIT alumni), the system enables effortless entry and exit, minimising wait times and maximising convenience.
Every level is EV-ready, with dedicated charging bays to support the growing shift toward sustainable mobility. Thoughtfully designed with user comfort and future-readiness in mind, the parking experience reflects the same precision, intelligence, and care that define the workplace above.
